Hanoi - Halong - Tuan Chau Harbour - Halong Bay - Lan Ha Bay

Morning:

- 8:00 - 8:30: A limousine D-car will pick you up at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarterand depart to Lan Ha Bay

- Arrive at the lot.16 Tuan Chau Harbour

- Process the check-in procedure and transfer you to Mon Cheri cruise by tender.

- Enjoy your welcome drink while the cruise staff and safety instructions are introduced.

- Check-in your cabin

- Enjoy fresh food lunch while contemplating the beauty of the famous Cai Trap canal.

Note: You will have a short break before the afternoon itinerary starts.

Rowing boat or Kayaking in Mon Cheri itinerary

Afternoon:

- Visit the Frog Pond (Ao Ech) - which is famous for the pristine and poetic seascape of Lan Ha Bay. This is the best time to experience kayaking or swimming in the crystal clear seawater.

- Return to Mon Cheri cruise to enjoy a sunset party at Lan Ha Bay.

Optional: Guests can request a relaxing massage (Please contact cruise management)

Cooking Class on Mon Cheri Cruise

Night:

- Have a romantic dinner at the restaurant

- Enjoy the nightlife activities: enjoy drinks from the bar, sing karaoke, relax on board, squid fishing or simply relax in your room.

Activities:

- Kayaking or swimming at Ao Ech area

Lan Ha Bay - Dark and Bright Cave - Halong - Hanoi

Morning:

- Welcome a new day with a Tai Chi session

Note: Tai Chi session closes in the summer

- Buffet breakfast is served at the restaurant

- Visit Dark & Bright Cave by bamboo boat to contemplate wild, charming natural scenery, blue sea away from the hustle and bustle of urban life.

- Return to the cruise, backpack, and check out

- Have light lunch in the restaurant while the cruise returns to the port

Visit Cave in Cat Ba Island

Afternoon:

- A shuttle bus transfer from the Tuan Chau Harbour heads back to Hanoi

- Arrive at Hanoi around 14:00 - 15:00. End of your trip

Child Policy

The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress
Children from 05 - 12: Stay with parent 75% adult rate
Children under 05 stay with parents: FOC
Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

For Group under 5 cabins:
More than 21 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates
From 04 to 10 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 3 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
